🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. If, however, you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at cartandcargo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, and

  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the request and guide you through the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products.

  • Customised or personalised items.

  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale products.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received in its original condition:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement or store credit.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you can still request a return after delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at cartandcargo@gmail.com
We’ll coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue, and if necessary, issue a full refund or replacement.
